Ship the Item: Securely package the item in the same manner it was received, ensuring proper protection for the fragile and breakable nature of the product. Ship it back to us within 2 days of receiving the return instructions using a traceable shipping method. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Delays in shipping the item back may result in the refusal of the return or exchange. If the item is damaged during return shipping due to inadequate packaging, the return will not be accepted.
